A Business Born From Real Experience — Not Tech Hype
RVAI didn’t start in a boardroom or a software lab. It started in a Mechanicsville home where I watched my dad build a business from nothing.

He never complained. He worked, quietly and consistently, and somehow made running a company look easy — even though I now know it wasn’t.
At the time, I didn’t fully understand what I was witnessing. But it planted something in me:

Real freedom comes from building something of your own.
As I got older, worked my way up into management roles, started a family, and felt the real pressures of providing… that spark grew into a calling.

I knew I wanted to build something meaningful. Something that actually helped people like my dad.

Why AI? Why Now? Why Richmond?
A year ago, the need hit me hard.
Owners across Richmond were drowning in busywork — missed calls, slow follow-ups, late invoices, no time to breathe.

Before RVAI, I worked my way up through operations — from a Chipotle crew member promoted to GM in under a year, to running logistics and operations for trucking companies.

Those roles shaped how I solve problems:
